FNW GROUP - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions apply to all sales by any company in the FNW Group, including:

  • FNW INDUSTRIES PTY LTD (ABN 22612987210) trading as Steeline FNW Toowoomba
  • FNW BRISBANE PTY LTD (ABN 53633177830) trading as Steeline FNW Brisbane
  • FNW INVERELL PTY LTD (ABN 53633307856) trading as Steeline FNW Inverell
  • Any related entity or corporation
  • 1. GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF FNW GROUP OF COMPANIES UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IN FULL PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PREMISES. ALL GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
  • 2. COLLECTION & DELIVERY OF GOODS: The customer will be invoiced for all goods sold, thereafter at the discretion of Steeline FNW either be delivered to the customer's premises or depot as advised at the time of order placement. All goods must be collected within 14 (fourteen) working days of the invoice date. Steeline FNW will notify the customer of the date the goods will either be delivered or ready for collection, and the location for collection. If the customer is unable or unwilling to accept physical delivery of the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days of the goods being ready for dispatch, Steeline FNW shall be entitled to charge a fee for any delay suffered, or to arrange storage of the goods at the risk and cost of the customer. All transportation, storage and any other associated costs shall be payable by the customer before goods can be received.
