The Roof Extenda Shade Sail anchor provides a secure fixing for installing a shade sail from your roofline. Fixing to the rafter and top plate the Shade Sail Anchor provides added strength and height compared to fixing to a fascia and comes with a Flashrite seal to ensure a water proof seal on your roof line and prevent any water intrusion. Can be installed through either a metal or tile roof, it is quick and easy to install and includes the top bracket, bottom bracket, locking hex nut and FlashRite weather seal.
